Blackened Chicken Pesto savory cheesecake with a holy trinity and Choate squash pepper jelly)

Course 2

Duck and smoked sausage gumbo served with a garden salad and  my paw paws’ Cajun remuloude

~Hurricane sorbet~

Course 3

Your choice of:

$19  Lake Pontchatrain chicken:  Potato crusted boneless chicken smothered with tasso Andouille Etouffee

Or

$21  Louisiana blue crab stuffed grouper smothered with a crawfish and shrimp Etouffee served with rice pilaf
