Fresh Caught Salmon drizzled in a blood orange maltaise served with a side of Quinoa and Cauliflower Rice

 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Stuffed with a Boursin Cheese wrapped in Prosciutto finished with an
Artichoke, Sun Dried Tomato & Wild Mushroom Ragout, alongside Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

Thick cut Ribeye with Sauce Chasseur served with Roasted Parmesan Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus
