  Course 1
Pan Roasted Exotic Wild Mushrooms - in a light Tarragon mustard cream over
grilled rustic toast points drizzled with White Truffle Oil

 

Course 2

Insalata di Garga: - Baby Arugula, fresh Avocado, Hearts of Palm, and Grape Tomatoes
tossed in a tangy MRV White wine lemon and thyme dressing, and a cup of Italian Wedding Soup

Your choice of:

 Cold Water Maine Lobster Ravioli with a Creamy Pesto topped with a Classic Tomato and Basil Bruschetta
(Suggested wine:  Chardonnay or Jolie Blanc)

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Stuffed with a Boursin Cheese wrapped in Prosciutto finished with an
Artichoke, Sun Dried Tomato and Wild Mushroom Ragout served with Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

or

Petite Medallions of Beef Tenderloin with Sauce Chasseur served with Roasted Parmesan
Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus
(Suggested wine:  Cabernet Sauvignon, Duet or Syrah)

or

Eggplant Rollitini – Delicate fired Eggplant rolls with Ricotta and stuffed with a sundried tomato
pesto spaghetti, baked in our homemade Marinara sauce with fresh wet Mozzarella
(Suggested wine:  Sangiovese)

Heart Shaped Salted Carmel Pretzel crusted Fudge Brownie Sundae with Homemade Ice Cream
