Duck Egg Frittata with Shredded Duck Confit and Shiitake Mushrooms, Green Onion and Salsa Verde

Course 2
Cup of shrimp pancetta bisque and a small side garden salad with a MRV signature dressing

Your choice of:

$24 Sliced tenderloin of Pork in a wild mushroom red wine sauce, with herb roasted
potatoes and sautéed haricot vert
(Suggested wine:  Any MRV Reds will pair great)

or

$22 Coq au vin~ braised chicken in wild mushrooms and red wine with herb roasted
potatoes and sautéed haricot vert
(Suggested wine:  Any MRV Reds will pair great)

Or

$29  Upgrade to Chef’s choice steak option.
Meat options as available and cuts change weekly. Listed upon arrival.

 

Dessert
Chocolate dip waffle cup with a white chocolate raspberry moose with shaved bits of dark chocolate
