Warm Ahi Tuna Salad on crispy Roman lettuce boats

Course 2
Butter lettuce with toasted Pecans & pickled Figs
alongside a cup of chilled cucumber & melon soup

Your choice of:

$25  Soft Shell Crab, mashed sweet potato casserole, and lime & mint  butter & lima beans
(Suggested wine:  Seyval Blanc, Stainless or Oaked Chardonnay,  Rose)

$24   Cornish Hen in a MRV Stainless Chardonnay pan roasted mushroom gravy,
mashed sweet potato casserole, and lime & mint butter & lima beans
(Suggested wine:  Seyval Blanc, Stainless Chardonnay,  Rose)

or

$29    Upgrade to Chef’s choice steak option.
Meat options as available and cuts change weekly.
