  Course 1
Pork carnitas and shredded beef brisket served on a summer roll with pepper
 jack queso and Pico de Gallo

Course 2
Napa avocado ranch salad~ a blend of crispy romaine and Napa cabbage, tossed with an avocado ranch dressing topped with crumbled chorizo bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, black olives, and crispy tempura fried roasted pablano strips, Vera Cruz style sweet potato and chorizo broth soup

Course 3
Your choice of:

$24 Pork Tenderloin-Coffee chili rub with a cucumber, jalapeno, and cilantro tzatziki drizzle served with a black bean and potato hash and sautéed south of the border greens
(Suggested wine:  Chardonnay or Sangiovese)
or

$22  Free range boneless, skinless chicken with a coffee chili rub served with a cucumber, jalapeno, cilantro tzatziki drizzle served with a black bean and potato hash and sautéed south of the border greens
(suggested wine:  Cabernet Sauvignon or Syrah)

 or

$29  Upgrade to Chef’s choice steak option.
Meat options as available and cuts change weekly. Listed upon arrival.
