Warm Spinach Salad topped with Diced Boiled Egg, Slivered Red Onions,
Sliced Mushrooms, with a Warm Bacon Dressing and a
Tortellini and Wild Mushroom Soup

Your choice of:

$20 Turkey Saltimbocca – thinly Pounded Turkey Cutlet, Breaded and Fried,
topped with melted fresh wet Mozzarella and mixed Fresh Tomato Bruschetta, then served over
Angel Hair Pasta, finished with a 20 year aged Balsamic Vinegar Drizzle
(Suggested wine:  Jolie Blanc or Chardonnay)

$22 Pork Saltimbocca – thinly Pounded Pork Tenderloin Cutlet, Breaded and Fried,
topped with melted fresh wet Mozzarella and mixed Fresh Tomato Bruschetta, then served over
