*Smoked Beef Brisket.  Chef suggests pair with Syrah.

*Cajun Turducken (special request only must be ordered 1 week prior to pick up date..NO EXEPTIONS!)

*Porchetta, A tender pork roast stuffed with capicola, fontina cheese, and arugula.  (New Item)
