$22  Soy and Molasses Brined Pork tenderloin with a pineapple and mango chutney
(Suggested wine:  Jolie Blanc or Seyval Blanc)


$29 Upgrade to Chef’s choice steak option.
Meat options as available and cuts change weekly. Listed upon arrival.
