Snow Crab and Shrimp Spring Roll with a citrus chili sauce

Course 2
Clam & Corn Chowder, with a baby spinach salad with chopped egg, sliced mushrooms, slivered red onion, and radishes with a warm bacon dressing


Course 3
Your choice of:

$26 Braised Beef Short Rib with butternut squash and barley Risotto and rainbow Swiss chard
(Suggested wine:  Seyval or White Syrah)

$24  Prosciutto wrapped Chicken with butternut squash and barley Risotto and rainbow Swiss chard
(Suggested wine:  Syrah or Chambourcin 10)


$29  Upgrade to Chef’s choice steak option.
Meat options as available and cuts change weekly. Listed upon arrival.
