  Course 1
*Shrimp Tacos topped with Napa cabbage slaw

Course 2
*Black bean chili with a local grass fed ground beef served with a side salad of crispy romaine, cumin spiced papitas, shredded queso blanco
caramelized chayote squash, black olives and spicy orange red onion dressing


Course 3
Your choice of:

$26  Red chili honey glazed salmon with a chorizo and sweet potato kale hash
(Suggested wine:  Seyval Blanc, Chardonnay or White Syrah)

$24  Pan roasted boneless and skinless chicken with a blackberry ancho chili bbq sauce served with a chorizo sweet potato and kale hash
(Suggested Wine:  Cabernet Sauvignon, Duet or Syrah)


$29 Upgrade to Chef’s choice steak option.
Meat options as available and cuts change weekly. Listed upon arrival.

Cayenne espresso chocolate crème brulee
