  Course 1
MRV beer brat en croute with caramelized sweet Vidalia onion marmalade

Course 2
A small cup of chilled MRV Chambourcin Watermelon soup with a dollop of whipped mint cream and a sprinkle
 of poppy seed a small rocket salad of baby Arugula, fresh summer Blueberries, slivered red onion, crumbled
 local goat cheese and pickled watermelon rinds tossed with an original dressing


Course 3
Your choice of:

$22 MRV 2011 White Syrah Shrimp and Crawfish Shrimp Scampi over an Asiago Risotto, served with
a Grilled Corn, Swiss Chard, and Boil Peanut Succotash
(Suggested wine:  Jolie Blanc or White Syrah)

$20 Herb Marinated Free Range Chicken Breast served with Asiago Risotto, served with a
 Grilled Corn, Swiss Chard, and Boil Peanut Succotash
(Suggested wine:  Cabernet Sauvignon or Syrah)


$29  Upgrade to Chef’s choice steak option.
